Brandon Faulcon was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, by a single mother who worked in fast food while supporting a household. Government benefits and minimum wages were the reality he grew up in — and those early experiences shaped his understanding of how systems can both sustain and limit a family's ability to grow.

After high school, Brandon enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving during the Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) war. His time in the military taught him discipline, structure, and the importance of leadership under pressure. That commitment to service continued in the federal space, where he spent five years at NASA in the Flight Systems Integration and Test Branch, later transferring to NASA Headquarters in the Office of the Chief Information Officer. He went on to serve four additional years at the Department of Homeland Security, supporting national operations and information systems.

Even with a successful career in government, Brandon often found himself asking a deeper question — how is what I'm doing helping stop the poverty cycle I came from? That reflection became the foundation for a new mission: to create systems that support people the same way he once served his country.

That mission evolved into Faulcon Enterprises LLC — a parent company focused on repurposing the financial leakage that drains local economies. Through platforms like ReferMe, i Am iKon Marketplace, and i Am iKon Media, Brandon is using his experience in structure, technology, and strategy to rebuild how money moves within communities. His work is rooted in the belief that real progress starts with practical systems — and that rebuilding ownership begins with understanding where value flows and how to keep it close to home.
